First Program

First of all, double click the executable file (INCAM-M25.exe), and follow the procedure described below to finish the first machining program.

A material whose size is 20 x 20 x 20mm will be taken for example below. First, use a 2mm radius tool to drill a hole with 3mm depth. Next, use a 1mm radius tool to dig a pocket whose size is 10 x 10 x 3mm.

1. First of all, execute INCAM-M25.exe, the system will load the file executed last time automatically. If the system is unable to load the file, it will start a new file and show "Untitled" on tree menu.

NOTE: When the INCAM-M25.exe file is executed for the first time, there will be a screen of language selection, please click OK directly to select English. Another screen will pop up and show the copyrights notice of INCAM-M25, please click Agree to proceed. 

2. Second, select System Parameter and set the values in the columns as shown in the figure below.

3. Select Tool Table and the parameter setting/simulation display area will change to Tool Table display. Set drilling and digging tool data in the columns of tool number 1 and 2.

4. Next, enter Workpiece → Edit page, fill the contents shown in the figure below in Header and Trailer columns.

5. Select Material → Edit page, and set the values of Width (X-axis), Length (Y-axis), and Height (Z-axis) columns to 20.

6. Click Add to add an extra machining process.

7. (Click 1 Unknown Machining Process.) Select Simple Drilling from the parameter setting/simulation display area.

8. Set the related machining parameters in Edit page.

9. After the setting is done, switch to Simulation and Physical screens to view machining results.

10. Click Add again to add another machining process.

11. (Click 2 Unknown Machining Process.) From the parameter setting/simulation display area, select Rectangular Pocket.

12. Set the related machining parameters in Edit page.

13. Select Workpiece in tree menu and switch parameter setting/simulation display area to Simulation, Physical, or Program screens to view machining results or generated machining program.

13. File_Check

14. After confirming all the machining details are correct, select Save as to save the file to the designated location. If the file is already saved as a .xml file, the system will save the parameters to the file automativally while editing.

14. Save_As_File

15. Click Export .CNC will export a CNC program that can be executed by the controller. To execute the CNC program, users have to upload the program file to the controller via FTP.
